IT Assistant (full-time or part-time)

We are looking for an earnest Singapore citizen or PR who has good digital literacy, especially in Windows desktop applications, to support our software development. We also would like to welcome and support a person who is looking for a good chance to extend his/her careers into software development with us.

Requirements:

Singapore citizen or PR.
1+ years of business experiences in any field, internship experiences, or equivalent experiences.
Good digital literacy, especially in Windows desktop applications. (e.g. Can you open an html file by any text editor and modify that to the different text? Do you briefly know the difference between text and binary files?)
Software development skill not necessary at this moment. But you MUST have the strongest interest.
Good Simplified Chinese writing skill is very much preferred, but not necessary: If so, we would like to ask you to help our Chinese translation. And if that would be an additional work other than your regular works, we are surely happy to pay you additionally.

Job Description:

Miscellaneous software development related desk works by using several different Windows application.
Working hours and places are basically flexible. We normally expect your work from home.
No regular attendance required, but keep frequent reports and tight communications by using IT tools.
Working amount might depend from time to time. With our average performance expected, a few hours a day for 5 days a week might be normally enough.
Weekly report mandatory.

Monthly salary: approx 2,000 SGD, including CPF.
One month notice of the contract termination from either side.

Marketing/Sales Division

Marketing and Sales Manager (part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Singapore citizen or PR who now has a marketing/sales position or business here in Singapore, but is not satisfied only with that, and also willing to earn more money by taking good advantage of his/her marketing capability. We would like to welcome him/her as a part of our top-management with all our information and knowledge. We at first would like him/her to handle all our new Multilingual Web marketing and sales. Working hours and places are all flexible at his/her own descretion. Only providing higher performance than the costs is a simply required principle in our business.

Requirements:

Singapore citizen or PR.
5+ years of business experiences in any fields.
2+ years of marketing/sales related experiences.
Currently employed in or having your own business with the marketing/sales related area – please do not quit the current one until you make a big hit with us!
Having strength and/or flexibility to make the both of your 2 jobs compatible.
Basic IT experiences, especially for the desktop remote communication tools and data-transfer applications, e.g. Skype, Dropbox, etc. We work remotely!

Missions:

All the marketing and sales management for our new Multilingual Web service.
Working hours and places are all flexible at your own descretion.
No regular attendance required, but keep frequent and tight communications by using IT tools.
Just provide higher performance than all the costs put on you.

Benefits/Conditions:

Note that following is just one of our current assumptions. All the contents should be discussed in our interview based on how you would like to participate in our sales.

Minimum base monthly salary: approx 2,000 SGD, including CPF.
Additional monthly performance fee: based on your contribution to our sales profit. Basically the sky is the limit. Let's discuss how to be calculated in our interview.
One month notice of the contract termination from either side.
