Our company recognizes the protection of information as a vital responsibility and is committed to ensuring information security in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Singapore.
当社は、シンガポール共和国の法律および規制に基づき、情報の保護を重要な責務と考え、情報セキュリティの確保に取り組みます。
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations / 法令遵守
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant laws of Singapore, and handle personal and confidential information appropriately.
当社は、シンガポールの個人情報保護法 (PDPA) および関連法令を遵守し、個人情報や機密情報を適切に取り扱います。
2. Collection and Use of Information / 情報の収集・利用
Information collected by the company will be used solely for the provision and improvement of services, compliance with legal obligations, or for purposes explicitly consented to by the customer.
当社が収集する情報は、サービスの提供・改善、法令遵守、またはお客様から明示的に同意を得た目的にのみ使用されます。
3. Protection of Information / 情報の保護
We implement the following measures to safeguard information:

外部委託先に対しても、契約等を通じて情報セキュリティ対策の実施を義務付け、適切に監督します。
6. Incident Response / インシデント対応
In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access, we will promptly respond, notify the relevant authorities, and inform affected customers as appropriate.
情報漏洩や不正アクセス等のインシデントが発生した場合には、速やかに対応し、関係当局への報告やお客様への通知を適切に行います。
7. Continuous Improvement / 継続的改善
We will continuously review and improve our information security practices in line with evolving threats and standards.
当社は情報セキュリティに関する取組みを継続的に見直し、改善を行います。
